MAGICAL INFORMATION: Generally, Milla ISN'T magic but she has a decent amount of expertise in that field thanks to being a part of her version of the Rebirth of Mothra films. Her would be boyfriend is basically a magical boy.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
VISUAL: Milla is a very tall and imposing woman with black scales in patterns across her body, very clearly being a hybrid of human and dinosaur. She has distinctive spikey dorsal plates along her spine that trace along down her tail that glow with blue, purple, and red biolumniscent lights that react to her emotions.
AURAL:She's got a deep kind of husky voice and can be very growley. Her roars make the onomatopoeia of SKREEEEEEEONK
OLFACTORY: She smells like warm sea water and usually has some sort of faint coppery smell about her
DEMEANOUR: She's a bit reclusive at first until you get to know her, and while she's got the temper one might expect of a Godzilla, she's still a Godzilla that's settled into a bit of an equilibrium with her fellow Kaiju, and humanity. She's patient and shockingly tender. She carries herself with the responsibility of an experienced planetary guardian. That said she's still always willing to have a bit of fun.
